    I just bought some trading cards from the store, eh. The website said it would take 5-7 days for delivery, but, geez, my package didn't show up in that time. I contacted customer service through email and phone, but they weren't much help and just made excuses. Finally, I had enough and decided to cancel my order because the company wasn't communicating well or being transparent. It was so annoying to see the tracking info only get updated after I asked to cancel, which makes me think they didn't even have the cards in stock to begin with. If they want to make things better for customers, they should really add an 'in stock' notification on their site to prevent this kind of mess in the future, ya know?
