I ordered some progressive lenses from this company, but unfortunately I couldn't wear them. When I contacted customer service, Phyllis got back to me really quickly and offered to replace the lenses with bifocals, which worked better for me. I got my new glasses in just a few weeks, and I'm really happy with them. The glasses are really good quality, and I'm happy to wear them.
