Locked out website
I've had the worst experience with customer service from this company. It's been more than 10 days since I got locked out of my website and I still have no idea why. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times but no luck, can't get a hold of anyone. It's been so frustrating and disappointing dealing with this lack of communication and support.
