I contacted the customer service team through the help account on the platform and they were super helpful. They quickly started a chat with me, sent me an email with our conversation, and even called the theatre to help with the ticket exchange. They even went the extra mile by calling me from the US to take care of the extra payment. All the agents I spoke with were nice, helpful, and genuinely wanted to help me out. The customer service I received was way better than what I usually get in the UK.
