compensation for cancellation issue
I had a problem with a buyer on Vestiaire Collective who got an item from me but didn't pay because of a cancellation that shouldn't have happened. Even though it took a while to sort everything out, Vestiaire Collective owned up to it and made sure I still got paid. Their customer service team was amazing in dealing with the problem quickly and making sure I was compensated for the trouble. I'm really grateful for their efforts in fixing the issue and making sure I was happy with how it all turned out. Great job, Vestiaire Collective!
