Ordered product for in-store pickup
I ordered something online to pick up in store and it was a total disaster with their customer service. I paid for it online, went to the store, and they didn't even have it ready. I waited for over an hour and finally decided to cancel my order. MEC said they would give me my money back, but it's been almost a year and I still haven't seen it. I've tried contacting them many times, but no luck reaching anyone. I'm really disappointed in how they're handling things. I've given up on the $50 and won't be shopping there again.

Bright red mini handbag
Eh, that bright red mini handbag I got from this company was really somethin' special, eh? The quality of the bag is top-notch, you can tell it was made with care and attention to detail. The packaging was done up real nice too, came with a dust bag and certificate. I was super impressed with how the bag looked and felt, it was even better than I was expectin'. And their customer service was great too, I had a question about my delivery and they got back to me in just 2 hours. That kind of communication and efficiency is really somethin' else. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a unique, well-made handbag, no doubt aboot it.
