Recent jacket purchase
I just wanted to share with you all how awesome my recent experience was when I bought a jacket. The customer service I got from Pina was top-notch! I was able to chat with a real person right away, and Pina was so quick to help me with all my questions and concerns. She knew her stuff and made shopping a breeze.
