I've had my water bottle for about a year and a half now, and it's still doing great. Even though there were some bad reviews about the customer service, I've always found the support team to be quick to respond and useful. I want to give a shout out to Irena for always being there to help. The bottle is really tough and doesn't easily get scratched, despite what some folks might claim. I use it every day and it still looks almost new. Just make sure to take care of your stuff!
