I ordered a couple of bras off the website because they were on sale for 50% off in the catalog. But when I went to check out, the discount wasn't applied, and I was still getting charged full price. It was really disappointing and made me feel like they were trying to trick me. The shipping costs were also really high, way more than I usually pay online. When I tried to talk to someone about it using the chat, they just told me to call customer service instead. It was super frustrating and made me feel undervalued as a customer.
