I just wanted to give a shoutout to Keira from customer service for helping me out with my nose piercing issue. She replied to my email super quick, said sorry for the trouble, and gave me some great options to fix it. Keira was so patient and efficient in sorting everything out. She even offered to set up an appointment for me to get a new piercing. Our communication was smooth and professional, and her fast replies made the whole thing easy.
