My experience with this service was pretty good. When I first signed up, I got really great technical support to help me set everything up. But then I found out the product didn't work with my hardware, and I was bummed out. However, the customer service team was really understanding and gave me a super fair refund. They were quick to respond and easy to get in touch with, which made the whole thing a lot less stressful.
