My experience with this company was so disappointing. It took them a whole 4 weeks to give me a refund after I returned my items. I had to ask PayPal for help because Ikrush didn't respond to fix the problem. Even though I showed them proof of the return, they didn't try to make things right. Their lack of communication and responsibility is not cool and made me think their customer service is not good. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

I was so surprised by how fast my order came! It only took 3 days, way less time than the 10 they said. The person I talked to on the phone was really helpful and knew their stuff, answering all my questions right away. Plus, the price was way cheaper than what my vet was asking for. I had a really good experience overall and I'll definitely be buying from them again.
