At first, I was kinda wary about buying something from a social media ad, but when the stuff showed up, I was super impressed with how nice it was. The charms look even better in real life and you can tell they're made really well. The customer service was amazing, they were so thoughtful and made sure everything was just right when I ordered. I'm really happy with what I got and would totally think about buying from them again later on.

The experience wasn't great, eh. Right when I walked into the store, I got hit with all these chit-chats that felt unnecessary and then I was nudged towards products I didn't even care about. I get that customer service is important, but there's a difference between being helpful and being too much. I felt like I was being pushed to buy stuff I didn't want. The whole vibe was awkward and it kinda turned me off from going back, you know?
