Canvas purchase with improved graphics
I gotta say, I was really impressed with the service from this company. At first, I wasn't sure about how long it would take for my canvas to arrive, but it actually came pretty quickly. You could tell the graphic designers really put in the effort to make the graphics on my canvas pop. The final product was top-notch quality, and I definitely plan on using this company again for my next projects. Shoutout to the team for doing such a great job!

Website merge assistance
Ron from tech support saved the day when I needed help merging my new website with my old one. He knew so much about the process and warned me about possible issues because my domains were with a different provider before the company took over. Ron was patient, made sure everything was done right, and even took extra steps to figure things out. We tried a few things, but when we hit a roadblock, he got the engineering team involved right away. He gave me a reference number and promised they'd email me in a couple of days to follow up. I really appreciate his hard work and help.

Emergency gear purchase
Dude, I bought some urgent gear from this store a while ago and it was a complete disaster! I mean, I shelled out $15,000 and didn't even receive everything I needed! The customer service was awful, they didn't bother keeping me in the loop about my order until I repeatedly called them. And then they had the audacity to cancel a portion of my order without even informing me properly! I really needed that gear for fieldwork a month ago! Not cool at all, man.
