What a complete waste of time and money, eh! Their customer service is just a joke, I tell ya. I spent forever on live chat and got absolutely nowhere. Their website and app are a total disaster, always glitching out. They say they give account credits, but good luck actually getting them, eh. And don't even get me started on their return policy - it's like a big ol' mystery, no transparency at all. And let's not forget about the clothes, eh? Such poor quality, it's a shame.
