Account issue
Lately, my account at this bank got an "upgrade", and ever since then, I haven't been able to get into it for weeks. I've tried to reach out to customer service through their phone number, messages, and emails, but no one's getting back to me. It's worrying that a bank could have such bad ways of getting in touch, locking customers out of their accounts for so long without any updates or info on what's going on. Even though they said they'd fix it, nothing's been done to let me back in. I've gone as far as complaining to the BBB and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau about it. Overall, my time with this bank has been really disappointing and annoying. I definitely wouldn't recommend opening an account with them.
