Canopy purchase
I just bought a canopy from this company and I gotta say, it was a pretty crappy experience. The canopy started falling apart after just a little while, with grommets ripping off left and right. And to top it off, when I tried to return it, I was hit with a strict 60-day return policy and unhelpful customer service. Both the company and the manufacturer were pointing fingers at each other, and I was left with a busted canopy and no solution in sight. Let's just say, I was pretty disappointed with the product quality and the lack of decent customer service.

Tried to order stuff but payment kept getting declined.
My payment kept getting declined when I tried to order stuff, so I had to chat with someone on Facebook to find out what was going on. Turns out, my visa doesn't support international purchases. That's too bad!

Efficient and convenient access card
I was really happy with my purchase of the access card. Unlike when I tried a similar thing in another city, this time the pick-up spot was right on the money and easy to find online. The card let me hop on public transit, check out museums, and hit up different attractions without any hassle, making my trip way better. As someone who helps out with travel, I'd definitely suggest this card to my clients and buddies. Plus, compared to the access card in Porto, it just felt like an extra that wasn't really needed since there were other good options around that were just as easy to use.
