I was really disappointed with my experience on this site. The fee they charged, which they said was "non refundable", wasn't clearly explained before I booked, and that felt a bit sneaky to me. I thought I was booking directly with the hotel, but it turns out it was actually through this third-party site. The customer service wasn't much help when I tried to get my money back, and in the end, I lost money on a reservation that I didn't even end up using. I wouldn't suggest using this site again in the future.
