SSD hard drive
I bought an SSD hard drive from this company and had trouble formatting it on my Mac. Even though I gave my order number and product info, the customer service folks asked for pics and vids, which is tough for me because I'm an ex-electrical engineer who's visually impaired. It's been a real hassle and disappointment, making me think their customer service is lacking or they're stalling refunds to make interest off our money. It's not the first time I've had issues with them, and I'm thinking of reaching out to trading standards. I'd suggest avoiding buying from them to steer clear of similar problems that give online businesses a bad name.
