Recent online order
So I recently placed an order online and it turned out to be a total disaster. I was so excited about the items I had picked out, but then a few days later, I got an email saying that my order was cancelled. I was really upset because the company didn't even bother to let me know beforehand. I had to contact customer service multiple times, through email and eventually by phone, only to find out that their system had cancelled my order automatically without giving me a heads up. And the worst part is, they said they hadn't charged my account, but I could clearly see the charge on my bank statement. They promised to refund me with Torrid cash and store credits, but I still haven't received anything yet. I've been a loyal customer for more than ten years and I've never experienced such awful service and shady practices before. This whole thing has left me feeling really disappointed, and I doubt I'll be shopping with them again.
