Online hotel booking
Booking a hotel online with Expedia was easy peasy, but hit a snag when an error message popped up after paying which left me scratching my head. Found out the hotel had no record of my reservation, but Expedia's phone support was top-notch. They sorted it out quick by sending the reservation again and making sure it went through. Even though I was nervous at first because of some bad reviews, the customer service was actually really good and got the job done fast.
