Subscription renewal
The company won't let you cancel the auto-renewal, and they've added bugs on purpose to stop you from cancelling. Plus, they ask for way too much personal info when you're trying to add new faces. It's such a obvious scam, and the customer service is terrible. It's sad to see how much this company has declined in the last ten years. Be careful about subscribing, because it might be super hard to stop those unwanted renewals.
