Bouquet disappointment
So, like, I've been a regular customer for a while now and usually my orders are all good. But this last time, the bouquet I got wasn't what I asked for and it didn't really seem worth the money. I decided to call customer service to let them know what's up and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how they handled it. The Sales Manager was quick to address my complaint and they even sent out the correct order again. I'm thankful for the effort they put in to make things right and to keep me coming back as a happy customer.

Ceramic dishes and glassware
I thought I would love this brand because they said they care about where they get their stuff and being eco-friendly, but when I got my order, it was a big letdown. The things I got weren't as good as they should've been for the price I paid. Some stuff was damaged and not in perfect condition. The simple style is cool, but it's not enough to make up for how easily things break.
