I gotta say, those lessons really hit the spot for me. They gave me the info and motivation I needed to shed some pounds successfully. I liked that they covered all the bases and were pretty sensible about it. But I gotta be honest, the logging tool could use a bit of a tune-up. It would make life easier if they put the recent stuff at the top for quick access, and a few more options for us plant-based folks wouldn't hurt. Oh, and it would be sweet if they could categorize vegan foods better, 'cause right now a lot of proteins are listed as orange. Just a thought!
