Job interview outfit
I recently bought a new outfit from this online clothing store for an upcoming job interview. But, I couldn't find any tracking updates for my package and I really needed it for the interview. Feeling a bit anxious, I contacted customer service for help. The customer service rep, Noxolo, was incredible! She gave me the FedEx info right away, so I could track the package and make sure it reached me on time for my big appointment.
