I had a really good experience with the customer service team recently. I had retired from my old job but my account on the website was still linked to my work email. When I tried to apply for new jobs, it caused some problems. I contacted customer service for help and Victor helped me out. He was super helpful and patient, walking me through updating my account with my new email address. Thanks to him, I can now easily use the website for my job search.
