I was pumped to get my new machine, but it crapped out on me real fast! When I called customer service for help, they didn't seem to give a hoot about fixing it. All they wanted to do was push more products on me. Seriously, all I want is for my machine to actually work! And on top of that, they didn't even know what the flashing purple light was all about - I had to look it up on Google. Not cool, eh.
