I used to love going to the store to buy clothes for work and play, but my recent online shopping experience was not great. The stuff I bought was low quality, and when I wanted to return it, they only gave me a Gift Card. Also, they tried to get me to sign up for a fake "subscription" for free shipping, but it actually cost $9.99 every month. It felt like I got totally ripped off.
