I recently bought some books from this store and even though the books were great, I was disappointed with the overall experience. I gave all my info for the order including my name, address, phone number, and postal code, but when the parcels arrived 25 days later, they only had my name and postal code. It felt like they got lost with no real tracking available, and almost got sent back to Germany. Luckily, I managed to get in touch with DHL Hellas and gave them the missing info to keep the parcels in Greece. I hope Taschen and Deutsche Post can fix this problem quickly for a more reliable delivery service in the future, so customers like me can trust ordering from them again.

So, eh, I ordered this dress in a size medium because I'm usually a UK size 10/12. When the dress arrived, it was like, way too big on the top half for me. But the material seemed pretty good quality. The only thing was that the delivery took forever, even though they kept updating me with the tracking. I'm just super impatient, you know?

The customer service team was amazing, and the contact lenses were even better than I thought they'd be. Even though my package got lost in the mail, they quickly sent me a new one without any problems, which really showed that they care about making their customers happy. I'm super impressed with both their products and how they treat their customers, so I'll definitely be shopping with them again!
