Yeah, so I got this web security software and it was working great for a while. But then my computer started acting up, so I decided to call their customer service. The person on the line told me I had to pay a huge amount to get it fixed, but all I really needed was for them to restart the software. I had already paid for a three-year subscription, so it didn't make sense to pay even more. It feels like they're just after your money, even for basic stuff. I used to be satisfied with their service, but now I'm pretty upset. I ended up uninstalling their software and switching to a different one, even though I still had plenty of days left on my subscription.

Hotel reservation scam
I tried booking a hotel on The Knot through my niece's website, and I got scammed by a fake Expedia agent pretending to be the hotel. They didn't give me the discount they said they would, and I only got half of my money back when I cancelled. Just a heads up, be careful out there!
