I recently bought some CBD products from this company and I gotta say, the customer service was amazing. I've had some bad experiences with online shopping before, especially with getting the wrong orders. But the person I talked to, who I think is Priscilla, was so helpful. Even when there were problems with my order, she really went out of her way to help me out. She contacted me personally to make sure I got the right package quickly. Her professionalism and kindness really impressed me, making this one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I'm really thankful for her help and will definitely keep shopping with this company because of the excellent service I got.

Tactical wallet
I recently bought a tactical wallet from this company, but my experience wasn't as good as before. After I ordered it, I didn't hear anything about my shipment. I had to email customer support to ask about it, and that's when I finally got a tracking number. They said it wouldn't be shipped until they restocked because it was in high demand. I was disappointed because I never had to wait this long before. The customer service person I talked to didn't seem to know what was going on, which made me even more frustrated.
