I recently bought a watch from your website online. It's been almost two weeks now, and I still haven't got the watch. I got an email in the beginning with a tracking number, but the tracking info stopped updating after only two days. I've emailed customer service twice to ask about my order, but I haven't heard back from them. The lack of communication has made me doubt if I'll ever get the watch I ordered. Even though I checked the company's reviews before buying to avoid this, it looks like I've been scammed. I'd caution others to watch out and not buy from your company, because I feel tricked and taken advantage of.
