My experience with Replace Base was pretty good. They offered plenty of delivery options for my area, which was convenient. I did notice that some of the parts seemed to be low-quality Chinese parts being sold at a higher price compared to similar listings on eBay. However, Replace Base does have a variety of better quality options available for the same part, which might be confusing for some customers. One thing I really liked about Replace Base was their ability to deliver the part the very next day, which was really important for me since I needed it urgently, even though the postage cost was higher. The customer service was responsive and satisfactory, which was great. However, I did have some trouble with the pricing of certain parts. I noticed that the prices on their eBay store were different from the prices on their website, so it's important to double-check both before making a purchase. Despite that, overall my experience with Replace Base was positive.

I got the Discovery Launch Puzzle as a gift not long ago and was pretty pumped to try it out. Unfortunately, I was let down by the low quality of the product. I had to bust out a glue bottle to fix up over thirty tabs, and lots of pieces were all bent out of whack. The whole experience was kinda soured by all the fixing I had to do, which made it less fun to finish the puzzle. I'm crossing my fingers that the folks who make it will sort out this problem so others don't have to deal with the same hassle.
