I bought a pair of shoes on sale at this store not long ago. I was happy with the good deal and the nice quality of the shoes. But when I got them, I saw they were a little snug for my feet. I talked to customer service to ask about exchanging them for a bigger size. They were really nice and helpful the whole time. They took care of my request fast, and I was impressed with how smoothly everything went. I'll for sure suggest this store to others and will keep going back myself.

I bought this air purifier not too long ago, but I've been noticing this really strong plastic smell that just won't go away. I found out that the purifier might actually be releasing more chemicals into the air, so now I don't really feel safe having it on. I've tried contacting customer service twice about it, but I still haven't heard anything back.
