I was so happy with the quick reply I got when I had a problem with my Larq Pure Vis Pitcher. The wand wasn't charging, but the customer service team sorted it out super fast. I thought it might take ages to fix, but I was pleasantly surprised. I just reported the issue in the app, sent some pics, and got a response right away. They fixed it within an hour and already had a new wand on the way to me. I'm really impressed by how Larq cares about their customers and how they fixed my problem so quickly.
