I recently got a 7 seat patio set for the backyard in February. When I tried putting it together, I saw that there was a part missing or not the right one. I sent an email to customer service and was happy to get a reply on the same day. They quickly sent me the correct piece and fixed the problem in just 2 days. I was really impressed with how they handled everything and I would for sure buy from them again.
