My experience with this transportation service was terrible. I had scheduled a pick-up from the airport, but my flight got delayed, so I ended up arriving later than expected. I called the driver and was told everything was okay, but when I got there, the company asked for an extra $90 because they claimed they had been waiting for 2 hours. The reality was that they had mistakenly told the driver to come an hour early, which resulted in the unnecessary wait and extra charges. Even after showing proof of the mistake, we still had to pay the extra fee. The total cost for an 11-mile drive was almost $300, which is way too much. And to make things worse, the driver struggled to speak English, making the whole experience even more frustrating. Needless to say, I won't be using this service again.
