I bought a silk pillowcase from this company about 6 months ago. I followed all the care instructions they gave, like washing it gently and drying it flat. But I was kinda bummed when the zipper started coming off the fabric after a few uses. I contacted customer service, but didn't get any help or fix for the problem. It's annoying to see that their product, which they say should last for years, didn't meet my expectations after only a few months. After seeing other customers have the same issue, I've decided to try a different brand for my silk pillowcase.
