I bought 4 things from this company at the beginning of December. When my package finally came after 3 weeks, I noticed one item was missing. I emailed their customer service cause I was worried about some bad reviews, but they got back to me in 3 hours and said they'd ship the missing item. I was impressed by how fast and nice they were.
