Satchel with broken strap clip
I had a little problem with the strap clip on my bag after using it every day for about a year and a half. I got in touch with customer service, and they responded super fast and sent me a replacement strap for free. The new strap arrived quickly, so I'll be able to use my bag again next week. The customer service team was amazing to communicate with, they made me feel like I was talking to a friend. I'm really impressed with the quality of their products and their awesome lifetime guarantee. I'd definitely suggest their stuff to anyone.
