Oh my goodness, it was so frustrating! I ordered this heart lock charm and when it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture! I was really upset and when I tried to get in touch with them, it was so difficult. Finally, they sent me a replacement but even that arrived broken inside! I had to go through the whole process again and it's been a month now and I still haven't received my refund. It's like they have no respect for their customers at all!
