My experience ordering from this company has been terrible. I placed my order, got confirmation that my payment went through, and then out of the blue they were asking me to pay again. Even though I showed them proof of payment and confirmation emails, they've been totally silent and useless when I contacted customer service. It's so annoying to be ignored and not know what's going on with my order. The fact that they're not communicating or taking responsibility is just not right.
