I picked up these earbuds and they were a bit funky at first, but I gave customer service a shout and they sorted it out real quick. The sound quality is amazing, it's like having a concert right in my ears! I've had them for a bit now and the sound just keeps getting sweeter and sweeter, it's like a little bash happening in my ears!
