I went to the store in Nottingham the other day and got some amazing customer service from Daisy and Hope. Last year I bought a tennis bracelet and it broke, which was a real bummer. But Daisy and Hope really went out of their way to help me out, getting it fixed for free. Their kindness and commitment to making sure I was happy really touched me. The whole process was super easy and I'm so thankful for their help.
