See-through clothes
I recently bought some clothes online from this store, and unfortunately, the quality was really bad. Every item I got was see-through, and there was no mention of that on the website. I ended up sending the clothes back, but to my surprise, I had to pay for the return shipping, which wasn't clear when I was checking out. I used Klarna to pay for my order, and now they're trying to charge me for the delivery and return, which comes to over £12! When I contacted customer service about this unexpected charge, they were not helpful at all and basically said that's just how it is. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
