I booked a stay at the Prague Carlo IV hotel and was shocked to find out that I got charged double for the same booking! The reception manager, Jan, was extremely rude and accused me of lying about the payment, despite having an email confirming it. He even demanded to see my bank statements as proof! When I asked for the name of his supervisor, he flat out refused to tell me. I had to reach out to customer service in the UK for assistance, but still, no apology or refund was given. This awful experience completely ruined my two-night stay.

The instructions for placing my order were super clear and easy to follow. The explanations about the process were really thorough and helpful. When I got my final canvas print, I was blown away - it was absolutely stunning. The colors were so vibrant and matched the original photo perfectly, and the definition was sharp and clear. I'm seriously impressed with the quality of the product.
