computer cabin suitcase
I bought a computer cabin suitcase but had to return it, paying the return shipping cost since it didn’t work out for me. I got in touch with their customer service team and they asked for the shipping info. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt from the post office, so they wouldn’t give me a refund. They didn’t even check their system to see if they had received the suitcase. It wasn’t until a few weeks later that I found the shipping document and sent it to them. Finally, they agreed to refund the suitcase, which they had for more than a month. This was my first and last time buying something from them.
