Quick response and helpful customer service
I was really impressed with the customer service I got from UrthBox. I contacted them twice for different things - one about my subscription and the other about my delivery. Both times, they got back to me quickly and answered my questions really well. The people I talked to knew what they were talking about and solved my problems easily.
