Air purifier
I decided to give this air purifier company a try last year after hearing so much buzz about their new purification technology. Despite some negative reviews, I was drawn to their cool product designs and believed in their vision. However, after using their air purifier for just a few months, it started to act up and needed constant fixing. Even though they claimed quality and durability, I was stuck dealing with issues that messed with my daily routine. When it finally stopped working, I contacted customer service, only to hear that it was out of warranty and I'd have to buy a refurbished one at a small discount. I was really let down and annoyed by the company's lack of reliability and customer care. In the end, I switched to a different brand and have been happy with my choice ever since. I'd advise anyone thinking about buying from this company to really think it over before making the same mistake I did.
