These shoelaces are such a joke, eh? I thought I was getting an upgrade to something easier and longer-lasting, but these things just keep breaking on me. Like, seriously, I can't even tie my shoes without them snapping. And let me tell you about their customer service - it's basically non-existent! I reached out about the problem and didn't hear a thing back. What a waste of money. Do yourself a favor and avoid these useless laces, eh?
